01 / HANDHELD WELDING SOLUTION

Handheld laser welding.
On-site nitrogen supply.

Bring the welder, wire feeding and shielding-gas supply into one application review. Select the gas package for your material, weld quality and actual consumption.

A MATCHED WORKFLOW

Equipment and gas,
considered together.

The gas-generation package uses PSA separation with a carbon molecular sieve. The generator takes prepared compressed air and supplies process gas to a compatible welding setup.

Original brochure equipment detail. The diagram shows system relationships, not a photographed installed customer workcell.

WHY CONSIDER ON-SITE NITROGEN?

Less cylinder handling.
A supply plan for regular work.

Reduce refill logistics

A correctly selected generator can reduce reliance on routine gas-cylinder deliveries and cylinder changes for compatible processes.

Plan around your welding schedule

Size gas production, pressure control and any buffer storage to your real flow demand and duty cycle.

Compare the operating cost

Compare cylinder purchases and delivery with compressor/dryer electricity, generator investment, filtration and service.

HOW THE PACKAGE WORKS

From prepared air to the weld.

  1. Compressed airProvide inlet pressure and flow for the selected generator.
  2. Drying & filtrationControl oil and moisture before the PSA stage.
  3. PSA gas generationCarbon molecular sieve separation prepares the process gas.
  4. Welding gas controlConfirm outlet purity, pressure and flow at the welder.

WELDING EFFECT / SUPPLIED REFERENCES

Compare the joint.
Review the process conditions.

These application samples compare an argon reference and a generator-supplied gas reference. They help frame a sample-welding discussion; they do not establish one gas as the best choice for every material.
