LinkMotion uses the information you provide to respond to product and wholesale enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email corayang@linkmotiontech.com.
Enquiry information
The form asks for your name, work email, company, country or market, business type and message. An estimated order quantity is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal or health information.
Enquiries are stored in the website’s private administration area and may also be sent to our business email account. We use them to respond, prepare relevant product information and follow up on the business conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We retain enquiries for the time needed to handle the conversation and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us if you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of your information.
Website operation
Technical information is processed to deliver and protect the site. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit repeated form submissions. Necessary form validation is used independently of analytics preferences.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, we load it only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand pages visited, referral channels and actions such as contact clicks and successful form submissions. We do not send your form answers, name, email address or phone number to analytics.
You can reject analytics and still use the website and enquiry form. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics providers may process data in other countries under their applicable safeguards and terms.
Email and WhatsApp
Email and WhatsApp links open separate services. Information you send through them is also handled under those services’ privacy terms.
